Services

Adexcell provides custom ecommerce development, hosting, optional growth retainers, and related digital services as described on the site and in your signed scope.

Pricing & payment

Published prices (e.g. ৳7,000 setup, ৳1,800/year hosting) apply unless a custom statement of work states otherwise.

• ·Setup fees are generally due before production build begins unless agreed in writing
• ·Hosting is billed per published yearly plan
• ·Retainers are month-to-month unless a term is specified

Client responsibilities

You provide accurate brand, product, and compliance information.

• ·Product images, descriptions, and pricing accuracy
• ·Courier and payment merchant accounts in your business name
• ·Ad account access when marketing integrations are in scope
• ·Timely feedback so delivery timelines stay realistic

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for custom build work, you receive rights to use the delivered storefront and assets created for you, excluding Adexcell core platform components we license across clients. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Warranty & support

We warrant that work will be performed professionally and defects reported within the agreed support window will be addressed. Third-party outages (Meta, couriers, SSLCommerz) are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adexcell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate retainers with written notice per agreement. Prepaid hosting may be prorated only if stated in writing. Work completed to date remains billable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be pursued in good faith before formal proceedings where possible.
