Refund Policy

We keep refunds fair and transparent. Digital setup work begins quickly — please read this before payment.

Ecommerce setup (৳7,000)

The one-time setup covers discovery, build, integrations, and go-live support as scoped.

  • ·Full refund if we have not started build work within 7 days of payment and you cancel in writing
  • ·After kickoff (design/development access granted), setup fees are non-refundable except where we fail to deliver the agreed scope
  • ·If we cannot take your project (capacity/fit), we refund 100% before kickoff

Annual hosting (৳1,800/year)

Hosting is prepaid for the term.

  • ·Pro-rata refund only if we terminate service without cause mid-term
  • ·No refund for client-initiated cancellation after 14 days of activation
  • ·Migration assistance may be quoted separately if you leave

Growth retainer (৳2,000/month)

Month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.

  • ·Cancel anytime before the next billing date — no refund for the current month
  • ·Unused call hours do not roll over unless written in your agreement

Custom software / SaaS

Milestone projects follow the statement of work. Deposits for completed milestones are non-refundable. Disputes are handled per the Terms of Service.

How to request

Email info.adexcell@gmail.com with payment proof, date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return via the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks

Contact us first — we resolve most issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks on delivered work may void ongoing support.
